The data concerning You may be processed using paper and/or IT and/or electronic supports - with logic strictly related to these purposes and in any case to guarantee confidentiality and security.

5. CATEGORY OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Is it always valid the obligation for Agic Technology S.r.l. to communicate the data to the Judicial Authority at any time on specific request sent in regard.

6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data processed for the purposes referred to in letters a. and b. will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, since these are treatments performed for the provision of services, Agic Technology S.r.l. will retain personal data for the period of time envisaged and permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Article 2946 of the Civil Code and subsequent amendments).

Personal data processed for the purposes referred to in letter c. will be kept for a maximum period of twenty-four months, subject to Your explicit renewal of consent.

For the purposes referred to in letter d., Your personal data will be processed until You have opposed to the processing.

• access to personal data concerning You, according to the provisions of art. 15 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation;

• the correction of personal data concerning You, according to the provisions of art. 16 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation;

• the cancellation of personal data concerning You ("right to be forgotten"), in accordance with the provisions of art. 17 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation;
• the limitation on the processing of personal data concerning You, according to the provisions of art. 18 of EU 2016/679 Regulation.

8. COMPLAINT TO THE CONTROL AUTHORITY

Pursuant to art. 77 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation, we remind you that You have the right to propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), in the event that it considers that the treatment concerned violates the provisions of the same Regulation.

9. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE IN THE PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA 

Your personal data are necessary for the execution of the services offered by the website www.agictech.com.

Therefore, failure to consent to the processing of the same data could lead to the impossibility for Agic Technology S.r.l. to provide the services You have requested.

It is specified that the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated in this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.

It is specified that for the processing of the above data there is NOT any type of automated decision making process, pursuant to art. 22 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation.
